A Week in Photos October 31-November 6



My Aunt, sister, and I have been doing the five mile loop up the mountain by our house. It usually goes like this: the first mile, you can't breathe because of the incline and by the time you get to the mile mark it feels like you've already gone five miles. The second mile, you hate yourself and want to quit all of your bad habits because you think your so out of shape and disgusting. After the 2.5 mark, your almost done going uphill and you feel like you can pretty much do anything. I start planning my business ventures and such at this point because i'm sure i'm THE BEST at everything I do. By the fourth mile you're going downhill and you feel like you didnt do much, and the last mile you just don't care anymore and can't wait to go home and EAT!---> clearly its a really emotional experience! We did over 20 miles this week though so i'm super proud! 



Ok, this is how much my diet fluxuated this week because of halloween:
